By looking at the homepage, you can see that the website is well built out. It has multiple call-to-action buttons, all centered around the theme of ensuring an incredible trip to Franklin. These buttons offer information on where to stay, whom to contact with questions, free guides on things to do, and more.
Below you can see the two guides that they have on the homepage: Top 10 Things To Do in Franklin and the Summer 2024 Guide.

We find these resources incredibly creative and valuable! They also serve as effective marketing tools. Guides like these are definitely worth considering for your own event planning!

We also want to shout out this cool section! The layout is easy-to-read and the graphic is well-designed, serving as a compelling way to learn about the various parts of Williamson County.

The main events page
The main calendar page is located under “Things to Do” → “Events”. The blue and white layout is crisp and clean, and the title and description at the top of the page makes it clear that there are plenty of events to explore!

When you scroll down on the page, you come across a grid displaying all events. Use the arrows at the top left or on the bottom to view additional events. You also have the option to filter events by list, month, or day.
On the left side, you’ll see Filter Bar in action! It categorizes events by category and by community, making it easier for users to find events that fit their needs. You can also search for events by using the search bar. We love it!

The single events page
After clicking on an event, you’ll make it to the single events page. On the top, you’ll see the event title, location, dates, time, cost, and picture. There is also a “learn more” button that takes you to the event’s Facebook page!

The page then brings you to a description of the events with an option to add it to your calendar. Also, a map is embedded directly on the page! Each event page also includes recommendations for other events, offering users more options and ideas.
We also need to point out their beautiful footer on every page! Users can sign up to keep connected. The simplicity and beauty of this call-to-action is unmatched. Plus, it helps build a robust email list for sharing future events.
We think this calendar has it all.
